That is exactly how automotive megalomaniacs will feel when they
get their hands on Mansory’s reworking of the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster.
However, just three of said megalomaniacs will be able to score the Carbonado
Apertos, a 1250bhp (no bull) beast that puts the “raging” back in “raging
bull”. Thanks to the addition of a pair of turbochargers (and an extensive
engine reinforcement process), power is up an incredible 550bhp from the stock
car. The turbocharging process has made it so potent, the Carbonado’s torque
had to be limited to 900Nm. And because it’s a Mansory, it’ll look every inch
the car that can hit a top speed of 380km/h, thanks to a wide-bodykit completely
crafted from matte-black carbon fibre with the weave showing through (naturally). The Carbonado
Apertos has also profited from a full rethink of
its interior, with loads of quilted leather and carbon fibre. All this for the “low”
price of 1.2 million euros... if you’re one of the lucky three, that is.
